Arrow Construction also recently partnered with JSE Engineering of UAE to provide remote facility inspection services using Remotely Operated Aerial Vehicles (ROAV).

This solution represents the best cost effective and benefits for in-service flare inspections.The inspections consist of visual and thermographic flare analysis. Our ROV’s are uninhabited, motorized aerial vehicles which is remotely controlled, semi-autonomous, or has a combination of these capabilities, that has a loitering capability and can carry various types of payloads(1kg-8kg).

BENEFITS OF USING ROAV FOR FARE STACK INSPECTIONS

Our ROAV’s may be required not only for in-service flare inspection but due to any other demand in inaccessible points of platforms or unities . Our services also include aerial thermography, where we would make a IR camera available for the service provider and a thermographer that must support the operation.

The advantage of this technology is the possibility of obtaining information about the flare without interrupting system operations, since it’s possible to analyze the burners and structure without offering any risk to the personnel.
